St. Ann’s Chaithanya Community Centre is established in the year 1997 with the purpose of empowering the young girls through various Trainings and capacity Building Programs. Chaithanya Community was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Francis Raco Prime on June 28th 1995. It is located in the Diocese of Kurnool; Andhra Pradesh. The Centre provides residential programs for the young girls who are school dropouts and economically poor to pursue their higher studies. The Centre also provides hostel facilities to the Intermediate students. Centre prepares rural young girls who had no formal education to play their roles as agents of social change and builders of new society. As the years pass by according to the need of the time Institution had introduced some of the programs like Computer Education, Embroidery, sari painting and different design blouses where as in the early days the center had only Tailoring in a simple model. The center had given life to more than1000 trainees.

- Classes on Gender and Marriage Guidance course, mother and child health, saving schemes.
- Human Rights and Responsibilities especially role of women in community and family life.
- Various vocational trainings such as of life skills on Tailoring, Embroidery, Saree Painting and chef.
- House management
- Teaching basic faith in God, like catechism and Bible stories for christens only and human values and significance for all without any caste and religion.
- Special coaching and Teaching to the Illiterate girls.

- Taking care of the Girls and Hostlers who are from poor and downtrodden family.
- To prepare young women to care for themselves and for others physically, mentally, and spiritually and to enable them to be efficient house wives, loving and lovable mothers
- Values of Human Life and to inculcate in them the values such as justice, equality, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, hospitality etc..
- To develop leadership qualities among them so as to make them as agents of change for the upliftment for women.
