St. Ann’s Home Munambam was established on April 20, 2013. It is situated in Kottapuram Diocese of Kerala. The Centre is set apart for Family Apostolate and Pastoral Care. Sisters engaged in family counselling, and spend more time to visit the individuals who are in need of physical and psychological support, families where love is forgotten, world and empathy unknown mental status. Individuals not only the aged but the young and adolescent, madly in need of love, recognition, support and protection. They do make their presence felt in the senior citizens gathering once in two months. They involve in the parish activities. They visit the families regularly and pray with them and persuade the other family members to give love, concern and protection to the senior members.

Non-structural Palliative Care is another most important activity undertaken by the centre. Hundreds of age old neglected human beings are supported and helped them to lead happy, healthy and dignified life in the society, without any caste, class, gender.
